HISTORIC HOUSE RENOVATIONS

All of these Historic House Renovations are designed and managed by Heather personally.  Every paint color, fixture selection, tile pattern, and so on - every single design element is a reflection of Heather's style and the historic home.  Each project was a full house restoration project with a goal to update for today's standard of living while keeping the original historic charm and character intact when possible. Queen Anne - Historic Renovation

Current Renovation

Our next full house renovation is going to be so good!

Purchased at the end of 2022 with renovations starting in January, this 1940's Cape Cod style cottage sits prominently on the corner of West Hampton and Pinckney Court. It has been the loving home of one family for the past 29 years so we are honored to have the opportunity to restore it. After weeks of clearing it out, we have started renovations which will include replacing the flat roof over the bonus room into a gable roof, a new kitchen and bathrooms, restoring a wall and cabinetry that was removed between the living room and dining room, and changing up the layout downstairs to create a master suite on the first floor.

Once renovations are completed this house will be for sale so if you might be interested, reach out early to let Heather know. Be sure to follow along on Instagram where you'll see a lot of behind-the-scenes videos and updates weekly!
