GREEN KITCHEN REMODEL

Major transformations don't necessarily require extreme demolition in order to make a huge impact. In this kitchen remodel we made some relatively simple changes that made a dramatic difference.  The cabinets were in good shape but the rest of the space seemed dated to my client.  So to get started we freshened up the cabinet using a refinisher to highlight the beautiful wood tone and changed out the hardware to a champagne bronze.  We then tore out the sink and countertops replacing them with a white quartz and stainless steel undermount sink, switched out the white appliances with stainless steel, and replaced the fluorescent lighting to recessed for a more streamlined look.  Additional changes included a beautiful modern faucet, an orange European pendant over the kitchen table, and a textured white subway tile with under cabinet lighting to set it off.  All of these changes combined resulted in a sophisticated and stylish kitchen with tons of warmth that proves that small changes can make a big difference in creating a beautiful space.
