Our Design Services are available to anyone, anywhere, regardless of the age of the home.
While historic houses are our specialty, we can help transform any house into your dream home. These services are geared towards clients who will be managing their renovation personally, DIYers who plan to do the work themselves, as time and budget allow, or you can pass these along to your contractor to work off of. These design plans are intended to guide you through your renovation with as much detailed help as possible.

This plan is for one space and provides you with all the details to help you transform your room including 3-D renderings, a floor plan, design selections, and other helpful tips.
The Redesigned Floor Plan reworks an entire floor, or two, including moving rooms around to make your home more functional, and includes a one-dimensional floor plan.

One Room Design Plan
Make a space uniquely yours and beautiful with a personalized plan based on your style, budget, and space.
This plan is geared towards those individuals who need help reworking the layout of one specific room and selecting permanent design elements such as flooring, cabinetry, tile and fixtures.

Your space. Your style. Your design.
- One 30-minute virtual 1:1 Consult to discuss your space and to get to know one another.
- Two edits after the first draft has been submitted for review, before work on the final draft begins.
- Your customized Design Plan for one space.
Your final Design Plan will be sent to you as a pdf accompanied by a video walk-through of the 3-D sketches and accessible through a private Dropbox link. Your pdf will include:
- A one-dimensional floor plan with measurements alongside the before floor plan for comparison purposes.
- Multiple angles of your 3-D sketch.
- Design suggestions for cabinets, countertops, paint colors, tile selections, fixtures, and flooring along with a suggested timeline and other helpful tips. Please keep in mind we do not provide interior design services such as furniture selections or styling.

Redesigned Floor Plan
Much like the One Room Design Plan, just on a larger scale and without the fluff.
Working within the existing square footage, we will rework the existing floor plan to make it more functional for the way you live. Nothing is off the table - switching rooms, relocating doors and windows - so the possibilities are endless. This is my favorite type of transformation, especially for a historic home. I love being able to transform the lay-out of a home to work for today's style of living while at the same time preserving the history and character of the house.

Reworking existing square footage to work for you.

- Your custom Redesigned Floor Plan will be a one-dimensional floor plan with measurements alongside the before floor plan for comparison purposes and will be emailed as a pdf.

Fill Out the Design Questionnaire
When you're ready click, on the link below and fill out the Questionnaire. Be sure to fill out all required fields so that we can provide a quote based on your specific needs.
Receive a Quote
After your questionnaire has been received you'll receive an email from Heather with a custom quote for your review. You'll also learn more details about how this service works including when we can get you on the schedule and what will be required of you, such as providing a rough sketch of your house with dimensions.
Contract + Payment
Once you have accepted the quote, a contract will be sent to you to sign electronically. Your payment will also be due at this time and can be paid online, which officially puts you on the schedule. A follow up email will outline next steps for you to get started.

When you fill out the questionnaire, please indicate all of the spaces you need help with. It is common for our clients to purchase design plans for more than one room along with the redesigned floor plan. For example, you may want a Design Plan for the kitchen, laundry room, and two bathrooms plus a Redesigned Floor Plan for your entire house. Your quote will be based off of all of your needs.
When you receive your quote you will also receive detailed instructions as to what will be required from you. Once the quote has been accepted and a contract has been signed, you will receive further instructions outlining what we will need from you. For example, you will be required to provide a sketch of your space(s) including taking measurements, and a description of your design style. If you are a fan of Pinterest, we suggest starting a design board and start pinning.
If you do not feel comfortable taking your own measurements be sure to note that in your questionnaire and we can include that additional service to your quote. Please note this is only available to clients within Spartanburg County.
