Or perhaps you're ready to take a course to learn everything you can about historic home renovations.

Quick and easy if you just need another set of eyes on your space or if you need specific help in an area or two. This is the best way to pick Heather's brain to get ideas for your renovation, to discuss a specific problem, or just to get some construction advice. Often times this is perfect to get homeowners headed in the right direction.
All consultations are virtual via Google Meet, three timed sessions to choose from, and you can select the date and time from the calendar.
While historic houses are our specialty, Heather can help transform any house into your dream home through our virtual Design Services. A One Room Design Plan includes a 3-D rendering, floor plan, design selections, and other helpful tips. The Redesigned Floor Plan reworks an entire floor, or two, including moving rooms around to make your home more functional.
Our Design Services are available to anyone, anywhere.
If you are planning a historic renovation and just need someone on your side to guide you in the right direction and cheer you on, this is for you. Heather can help from the start to completion with all aspects of the renovation - planning, budget, design selections, and working with contractors - through weekly Google Meet sessions and emails.
